Meet Your Co-Host: Dr. Kristin
Emily's co-host for this special Elora event is none other than Dr. Kristin — a WAVE original who has been part of the community since its inception!
The two met years ago while studying to become Naturopathic Doctors, and that friendship has grown right alongside the WAVE community ever since.
Kristin has been part of WAVE since day one, watching (and helping) it grow from the very beginning.
She's exactly the kind of woman this community was built for: genuine, warm, and a natural at building real relationships.
Anyone who's spent time in a room with Kristin knows she has a gift for making people feel instantly connected — she's a true community-builder and a natural-born leader.
With Emily on maternity leave, Kristin is stepping in to co-host this event, and we couldn't think of anyone better to help carry the WAVE spirit forward for a morning in Elora.

We started this community in 2022 because we wanted to hold the duality between being high-performing entrepreneurs but also creating space for all of the other ambitions in our lives.
