After watching the WAVE webinars, I started working on my SEO, and I'm now ranking on page 1 of Google.
I actually landed a new client from a Google search just this weekend — they called me while I was driving out of PEC!
Beyond that, I've made so many new contacts and started networking locally in ways I honestly don't think I would have thought of — or felt confident doing — on my own.
I've reached out to several businesses to set up coffee chats about potential collaborations, and I've placed signs and business cards at local businesses, all based on recommendations from the group.
The ripple effect on my business has been real.

Joining WAVE has led to a mindset shift I desperately needed — both in my life and my business.

What a beautiful day Friday was — I'm so grateful I got to be part of it. It was exactly the push I needed: on my drive home from the event, I quit my job.
For a while, I'd felt a growing sense that I wasn't aligned, and since joining WAVE, that feeling only became clearer. Every meeting showed me I was spending my energy on things that weren't leading me toward the life I actually wanted to build.
Then Friday happened. One message stuck with me: the importance of saying no to what isn't meant for you, so you can make space for what is. That was exactly what I needed to hear.
This fall, I'll be attending the University of Guelph to study landscape design — finally building toward a dream I've held onto for a long time. It's a little scary, but it feels right.
